How much do you charge to build a website?

There are two payments: The first is $500 to start, which covers expenses for setting up the Site Hosting account and the Domain registration/transfer fees. Then a final $500 is owed when complete, excluding any Paid Maintenance Plans, Annual Renewal Plan, additional 3rd Party integrations, or “Overtime” work. The total minimum is therefore $1000 for everything.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes we offer a great Payment Plan: $500 down, then $500 when complete. But seriously, Contact us to discuss your situation. Down the road we are considering offering monthly payments, but that wont be until after 2025.

What if I can’t make the final $500 payment?

We will hold the website for 30 days until payment is made. During this time the website will remain Un-Published and no Transfer of Ownership will occur. If after 30 days payment has not been made and you have not contacted us to make any arrangements, the website will be deleted from our systems and lost forever, and you will not be refunded the initial $500. It is important to contact us if you are having difficulty making payment.

How long will it take to finish?

We strive to complete every project within 2-3 weeks.. But “how long” depends mostly on how complex and lengthy you want the site to be. Technical issues and graphic design re-considerations can affect that as well.

How many pages can I have?

As many as you want. We do not limit the number of pages or content you can create.

If the website takes too long will I be charged more?

It shouldn’t. Once we review the design and requirements we will make a fair assessment of the time that will be required to complete the site. If development goes over that time then that is usually on us and may be a situation where something requested to be implemented proves to be beyond our technical scope or expertise. At such a point considerations will need to be made whether continue moving forward as-is, or if you choose to abort the project altogether. If time needed is extended because you keep wanting to add or change too many things during building, then we would need to discuss further action.

I love the website, but i tinkered around with settings and pages after it was transferred to me and I think I broke something. Can you fix it?

Absolutely. If within the time-frame of a Paid Maintenance Plan then we will be happy to fix it for you. Depending on your Plan you are limited to a certain number of Service Requets per month.

What if I don’t like the completed website after I pay the first $500?

This should never happen, since we do not proceed to Completion without your approval. But if for some reason you are still unsatisfied with the website, and after we have tried everything possible for as long as possible to get it right for you, then you can submit a claim to us and we will determine if the objections are both valid and un-resolvable on our end. If so, we will turn over the website “as-is” to you and Transfer full ownership for you to complete on your own and you will not be responsible for paying the final $500. The initial $500 paid for the site setup is non-refundable. Also,t be aware that Gud Boi! Multimedia will no longer be held liable or responsible for anything that happens with the website, or obligated in any way to perform any free or paid maintenance.

After the website is complete do I have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription for Hosting and Domain renewal?

Yes - after the first month of Free Hosting expires you will have all future billing for those services is transferred to you. You will effectively own the Hosting subscription and Domain, so you are responsible for maintaining any payments to keep it active. You can choose between monthly or annual plans. Gud Boi! Multimedia is not responsible for paying any monthly or annual subscription fees to the Host provider or the Domain Registration Service after the initial $500 payment is made. But If you would like for us take care of paying your renewal fees for you then let us know and we will gladly handle that for $500 per year.

Will I be able to transfer or export this website to another Host provider?

There are options to export your website to WordPress format, which may make it easier to transfer to different Host Providers, but may run the risk of losing certain functionality. You will need to contact the destination Host Provider for more information to determine if it will be compatible running on their platform.
